Stage 6 - Implementation / Post Contract

Our prime duty would be to ensure, through constant inspection, that all interior works are fully co-ordinated with the clients programme, that the materials supplied are as specified and that the quality of workmanship is to the highest standards.

Other duties, carried out by our team, would includes

  • Monitoring programmes of direct supply items, i.e. special furniture.
  • Check and approve special furniture prototypes.
  • Attend management meetings, as required.
  • Report to the client's site representative, every fortnight -prepare interim valuations and certificates.
  • Prepare snagging lists,
  • Prepare final accounts.

Through the implementation stage our team would be liaising very closely with the clients project staff, all as required.

Stage 7 - Post Handover / Completion

we will be supply!ne as-built drawings & maintenance / operation manuals including necessary training to the clients' staff to operate all services / items installed in the premises including the preventive maintenance. During the defects liability period, regular inspection of the premises will be undertaken and rectification works will be organized, we will also assist in obtaining additional items if required by the client while settling in the new premises.


finally, we conclude that we have accumulated over the last few years detailed experience in the requirement and solutions to space planning studies for the international / multinational / transnational business organizations, banks, financial Institutions, airlines, etc. It is with this experience together with our capability that we feel we would be well qualified to undertake major architectural and interior refurbishing projects at various locations in india and abroad, establishing an efficient, functional, cheerful, bright, comfortable, easy to maintain and decorative (and yet economical) work environment for our clients and their visitors.
